COACHING BUILT ON MORE THAN THEORY
Most executive coaching draws on a single discipline. Mine draws on three.
01.
Leadership at the highest level:
Twenty-six years leading and partnering with global teams in enterprise technology, and decades of experiences with executive leadership across multiple industries and perspectives taught me what the research confirms: capability alone is never the ceiling.
02.
Human
performance:
Intensive training in biomechanics and physiology, transformational adult-learning modalities, and years coaching fitness and nutrition, gave me a ground-level understanding of how energy, focus, resilience and intentionality are actually built - not theorized, but lived - by individuals and teams. That is what Internal Ecology™ is built on.
03.
Whole person wellness:
The Harvard Medical School Lifestyle Medicine Coaching program grounded everything I had learned experientially in rigorous science - and confirmed that how you live is how you lead.
THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK
I built Internal Ecology™ from a lifetime of living it.
It started at twelve, an adolescent girl navigating a changing body, the word "diet" entering her life for the first time. What came from that early reckoning wasn't a resolution. It was curiosity. A fierce, personal need to understand how the body actually works. I pursued postgraduate work in biomechanics and physiology, became a certified trainer, and became fascinated by the way every system connects, compensates, and communicates.
From there: a tech career I didn't quite expect to have. My mother broke the glass ceiling on Wall Street in the 1980s, and somewhere along the way I absorbed a story about what a successful life was supposed to look like. After a brief stint as an actor in LA, I pivoted to tech. Autodesk. Brocade. Cisco. Riverbed. Twenty-six years performing at the highest level by every external measure, even when I no longer needed to prove anything.

THE FOUNDATION TAKES SHAPE
Mediterranean. Grief. Diagnosis.
Living in and traveling to the Mediterranean countries over the years, I noticed something. There, I would eat pizza, pasta, bread, and gelato - and I would lose weight and feel energized. When I was home and ate the same foods, I was heavier and felt lethargic. Same experiment. Same result. Every time. Until I named what it was telling me: the foundation and the outcomes are inseparable.
I found rhythm in my forties through a balanced movement plan, health coaching, leading group fitness programs, and my career. Then my dad passed away. Grief can create cracks in a foundation that isn't fully built. The rhythm was gone. Stress became the victor.
Then came the pandemic, followed by a cancer diagnosis at the height of my career, that stopped me in my tracks. It forced me to recognize what my pace had never allowed: stillness. Reflection. And a deliberate rebuilding of everything I thought I knew about high-performance
I didn't just rest. I rebuilt my foundation, actively, domain by domain. Some choices included meditation to calm my mind, acupuncture for recovery, and formal learning to keep my brain active, further expanding my lens.
I left the corporate world post-cancer, and choices became part of a systematic strengthening of my own capacity with new habits, new networks, personal expansion, and reflection on growth earned.
What I built wasn't a recovery plan. It was Internal Ecology™.

THE CONNECTION THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
"I was studying Internal Ecology in silicon before I named it in human beings."
Those years in IT networking, learning how complex systems function, where bottlenecks form, and what happens when one node fails, and the whole degrades, became the framework for everything that followed.

HOW I COACH
I focus on the whole leader, not a single skill.
My coaching starts with the distinction between capability and capacity. You already have the capability that brought you this far. What erodes over time is foundational, and it impacts the energy, clarity, creativity, positivity, and presence that enable you to lead at your very best.
I like to express it this way: I hold you up to your highest possibility, instead of down to your lowest.
Engagements are shaped around your goals and your life. There is no prescribed protocol, no fixed sequence. We meet you where you are and expand from there.
Your leadership is only as strong as the system underneath it.
It isn't remediation. It's amplification, built for leaders who are already good and ready to discover how good it can actually be.
