Just finished Bill Gates' new book, 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦, and I found it pretty eye-opening—not just in terms of Gates’ journey to building hashtag#Microsoft, but also the sheer creation of an industry that didn’t exist before. 

What stood out most wasn’t just his technical brilliance (deep math and code came fairly naturally to him), but the leadership characteristics that amplified it—his intense focus, his ability to see patterns before others did, and his relentless drive that were clear from a very young age. 

💡 It’s a reminder that raw intelligence alone isn’t enough; vision, execution, and the ability to challenge assumptions are what truly change the game. 💡
