I’ve always been a huge fan of Sesame Street. I mean - I’ve been watching it all my life in some way since it launched in 1968, only a year before I was born, so as a child, I fortified a strong foundation from it.
And even as an adult, I came to admire the brilliant work of Jim Hensen and Joan Ganz Cooney in advancing education for children.
Now as a leadership coach, I still notice the lessons I learned as a small child as applicable in leadership of all types.

So, the other day I came across an image of Big Bird and Mr Snuffleupagus, and thought about 10 leadership lessons I learned through Sesame Street. And I’ll share them here.
Which is your favorite and what makes it so?
