๐Ÿ”น ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†: Building something new, improving a system, or rethinking the way things are done


๐Ÿ”น ๐—–๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†: Helping others see what they couldnโ€™t see before - through teaching, coaching, or strategy


๐Ÿ”น ๐— ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜‚๐—บ: The energy of moving something forward - launching, growing, or reinventing


When you know your themes, it gives you a different compass.


You donโ€™t have to wait for the perfect role or boss to feel fulfilled.


You can start designing work - and a life - that actually fits.
