Leading with a growth mindset is to stand not in the place of ‘I know that already’, and ‘I am right, you are wrong’, but to have curiosity about, ‘What else?’, ‘What don’t I know that I don’t know?’, ‘How can expand my lens in this moment?’, ‘What can I learn that’s new?’, ‘What is the lens through which someone else sees their world?’ (even if we disagree).
