๐ In April of this year, I embarked on an intensive journey to significantly augment my abilities as a coach with a group of people that I came to know 35 years ago.
๐ I am thrilled to announce that I have added to my coaching certifications, recently achieving official recognition as a Transformational Leadership Trainer and Coach.
Over the past 7 months, I have committed a substantial amount of my time and energy to a deep exploration of the human condition โ what makes us the way we are as humans? ๐๐ค This journey has entailed extensive reading, the cultivation of new habits, and a comprehensive study of history, philosophy, and even some existential reflections. ๐๐ง
Additionally, I've had the privilege of engaging in enlightening discussions, and rigorous, weekly training presentations with a group of seasoned professionals in the field of transformational coaching, who provided invaluable feedback.
What I hadn't initially anticipated was the profound nature of the feedback I received. ๐ It wasn't centered around my strong presentation skills or existing strengths; rather, it compelled me to look inward, to become an impartial observer of my own reactions and responses.
This introspective journey required me to scrutinize my approach to life, the outcomes I produced, and the habitual choices I had made, often to validate aspects of myself that never needed validation.
Throughout this transformative experience, I have not only grown as a coach but have also achieved a profound sense of inner peace and self-awareness, leading to more deliberate decision-making regarding what I truly desire and what I choose to discard. ๐ฑโจ
As humans, leaders, team members, we cannot evade the essence of our humanity. ๐๐ค However, we can strive to be fully aware, to consciously define our objectives in each moment, and to make choices that align with our deepest aspirations.
