A vision statement isnโ€™t just a string of words that sound impressive. Itโ€™s not about what looks good on a website or what others might approve of. A real visionโ€”the kind that fuels actionโ€”starts in the heart.


Whether you're defining a corporate vision or your own leadership path, the key is connection. If your vision doesnโ€™t ignite something inside you, how will it inspire action in the real world?
