Reframe the World with a Single Word

I took last week off from posting after returning from a trip having caught a bad cold.

In the past I would have been really hard on myself for choosing to rest from work & fitness commitments so that I could recuperate from getting sick.

Instead I would just push through, likely prolonging the recovery and possibly getting others sick in the process (I know some of you can relate). Resting felt like a punishment, or like I was missing out!

This time - I chose to honor my body, and a few days later I felt ready to go again and energized! Better for everything I'm up to, and everyone around me.

It was an important way to look at recovery that yielded a much greater (faster) outcome.

With that said - this week I have a couple posts about the valuable topic of #reframing.

Here's the first - and perhaps you've heard it before - but it always bears repeating.

Sometimes we forget the basics. And here's a good one to practice.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴? 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲?

Change the outcome with one word
